Laser

Our Alexandrite laser technology provides permanent hair removal results. We guarantee remarkable results, with permanent hair removal typically confirmed by session three and complete results achieved within six to eight sessions. Sessions for body areas are spaced approximately 6 weeks apart; for facial areas approximately 3 weeks apart.
Our Alexandrite laser can be applied to any area of the body including armpits, face, legs, arms, bikini line, and more. The laser has a larger treatment radius than many alternatives, resulting in shorter session times.

Treatments

HydraFacial is a patented treatment using Vortex-Fusion technology that works in 3 steps: (1) Cleansing + Peeling — gentle exfoliation and regeneration; (2) Extraction + Hydration — painless suction of impurities and intense hydration; (3) Fusion + Protection — antioxidants and peptides for maximum radiance. It helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improves elasticity and firmness, unifies skin tone, reduces sun spots and enlarged pores, and is suitable for all skin types with no downtime.
The FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) technique extracts hair follicles from donor areas (sides and nape of the head, where hair never falls out) and transfers them to bald or thinning recipient areas. At Derma Clinic Spain we use the Sapphire FUE technique with microincisions, performed under local anaesthesia. Our surgeon Dr. Néstor Osvaldo Arbillaga has performed over 4,000 successful procedures on scalp, eyebrows, beard and mustache.
Downtime varies by treatment. HydraFacial, FotoAge, laser hair removal and facial cleansing have no downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately. Dermapen may cause 24–48 hours of mild redness. JETT Plasma Lift requires 3–7 days of healing. Endolift may cause 2–5 days of mild swelling. Botox and fillers: minimal — avoid intense exercise and alcohol for 24 hours. Our team will give you full aftercare instructions for every treatment.
Endolift is a minimally invasive laser procedure that tightens skin and reduces localised fat using a very fine optical fibre inserted just beneath the skin surface under local anaesthesia. Unlike surgery, it requires no general anaesthesia, leaves no visible scars, has a short recovery time (2–5 days mild swelling), and delivers progressive, natural-looking results that can last 2–3 years. It is ideal for the face, neck and jowls.

Dermatology

Yes. Our dermatology department diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, dermatitis, hives, rashes and rosacea. We use dermoscopy techniques for prevention and early diagnosis. A dermatological check-up is recommended once a year. Our specialists provide personalised treatment plans for both medical and aesthetic skin concerns.
